Routing Tab
The Routing Tab is used to perform routing (aka switching) operations and access the device settings of the transmitters and receivers.
The Routing Layers
The routing layers available are: Video, Analog Audio, HDMI Audio, Multichannel Audio, USB 2.0, USB HID, RS-232 and Infrared.
The Routing Tab shows all of the DisplayNet transmitters and receivers that are currently connected to the system. Any DisplayNet devices that were once connected to the system but have since been disconnected will also be shown.
The View Modes
There are two ways to view the devices in the Routing Tab:
- List View (the default view)
- Matrix View (an alternative view)
Filtering Devices
On large systems, it can be useful to show only a subset of the many devices on a system using the Device Filtering feature.
