Audio

If the audio from the displays is out of sync with each other, ensure that the same model of display is being used. Different brands and models of displays may have different amounts of input lag. Confirm that the appropriate audio routing settings are properly configured.

If some or all audio channels are missing, check to see whether the DisplayNet receiver is in Fast Switched Mode or is being used in an active wall configuration. In Fast Switched Mode, the HDMI embedded audio is not available, only independently routed audio, downmixed audio, and analog stereo audio is supported on the outputs. Depending on application requirements, the receiver can be switched to operate in Genlocked Mode, which will allow output of embedded audio. Additionally, in video wall mode, the HDMI audio output will not function properly in some circumstances, so its use is not recommended. In practice, this audio limitation does not usually impact system performance because video wall monitors are not typically used for audio output. Instead, the audio is usually broken out and distributed via a separate audio system.

If the problem persists, there may be an EDID issue.
